Our Production Process

At Milda Foods, our production process starts with carefully selected produce from approved local farms, followed by precise inspection, processing, and IQF freezing to preserve quality, natural taste, and food safety at every stage.

Raw Materials

Comprehensive inspection by our agricultural engineers to ensure best quality. Direct sourcing from our farms and contracted farms to guarantee freshness. Daily reception of approximately 200 tons of raw materials for production operations.

Receiving & Selection

Only fresh products are received and carefully inspected for quality and size. Our trained team performs precise selection according to standard specifications for each product.

Washing, Sanitizing & Sorting

Three-stage washing system ensuring complete cleanliness. Vegetable blanching according to technical specifications to preserve color and nutritional value. Secondary sorting to ensure products meet quality standards.

IQF Freezing

Products are rapidly frozen at temperatures reaching -40°C using modern freezing tunnels, preserving natural shape, fresh taste, color, aroma, and original texture after thawing. Products undergo visual and laser sorting with precise detection to ensure they are free from foreign objects.

Packaging

Precise weighing for each package with all products passing through metal detectors. Flexible packaging solutions including Bulk, Retail, Catering, and Private Label. All packages include product information and production date ensuring transparency and quality.

Shipping & Distribution

Strict adherence to delivery schedules with container cleaning, sanitization, and temperature testing before loading. Maintaining cold chain at minimum -18°C during transport. We ensure Milda Foods products arrive with the same quality and freshness they left the factory.
